As our chefs are devoted custodians of the raw materials, each dish becomes a symphony of taste and passion, a culinary experience dancing between refinement and love of tradition.

In 1972, Harry’s was founded by Arrigo Cipriani, the soul of the famous Harry’s Bar in Venice. His philosophy, now transferred to Trieste, shines as a symbol of culinary excellence without borders.
