We propose a creative cuisine, where local elements blend with far away ingredients and the earth meets the sea, translating into bold and unexpected pairings. It originates from the encounter of our Chefs ideas and experiences; Matteo Metullio and Davide De Pra, together with an exceptional Brigade, bet on a brand new project in the heart of Trieste, that today is Harry’s.

Our Sommelier Manuele Duse starts from here his project of wine research and selection for Harry’s Piccolo Wine Cellar, that today counts more than 800 labels and it develops following 4 different directions:
• the deep respect for the italian peninsula, from the North to the South;
• the special attention towards the neighboring Austria and Slovenia;
• the unconditional love for France and Germany;
• the intriguing curiosity towards the rest of the world.
We believe that wine is an essential player in the culinary experience we make you live, as in a dance where a gentleman is accompanied by his lady.
